Port Regis residential care home is a beautiful country house built around 1750 by Lord Holland. It has since been a school and is now a splendid country house retreat for the elderly along with a purpose built wing for those living with dementia.
Located in Broadstairs surrounded by 17 acres of private park and woodland, residents are able to enjoy the nature surrounding them while breathing in the revitalising sea air. Bedrooms overlook the stunning grounds, and some benefit from a sea view.
Our highest priority is meeting the personal and social needs of our residents. Port Regis offers 24 hour care, assisting residents as often and as much as they would like. Every resident has a care plan which is continually evolving, this enables us to provide quality and comprehensive care for all residents, as individuals. We endeavour to meet all residents individual requests and wants where possible, going above and beyond just meeting their care needs. The onsite nursery school brings joy to our residents as the children regularly visit the home for activities, celebrations and songs.
Port Regis offers a real home from home feel. We endeavour to make every resident feel at home the moment they move in with us. Prior Comprehensive assessments allow us to be fully prepared with all their likes, dislikes and care needs. Port Regis is family run and the founders have over 30 years of experience in the industry.
